Cancellation & Modification Policy

Modification Policy 

* The charge for changing your registration from livestream to in-person is 100€.

If you need to downgrade your registration from in-person to online attendee, you will not be reimbursed the difference.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
  • If you cancel before September 20 at midnight, 50% of registration fees will be refunded minus 70€ for administrative fees.
  • No refund on cancellations after September 20, 2022.
  • Substitutions are free of charge, but you must submit a letter authorizing the transfer signed by the registered delegate two days before the event starting days.

  • Bank Transfer**: No Additional handling fee is required.

This seventh edition was again a huge success and gathered more than 350 attendees, academics, industrials and start-ups during three days, representing more than 27 countries.
